Welcome to The Alpha Networker Alliance. We are Fontella Williams (left) and Regenia Hill (right). We live in Atlanta, GA. We’re sisters, best friends and business partners. What we strive to do on this blog is to give you a variety of valuable content relating to personal growth and development, online marketing and social media.
We are passionate about living our absolute best life and attaining true freedom in every aspect of our lives and that’s what we want to help YOU do as well. The purpose of this blog is to empower you to tap into your true identity, the greatness of who you were created to be, to live your life to the fullest and have the success that you deserve.
Now about us,
We pretty much did in life what you’re told to do as kids, go to school, get good grades, go to college, get a good job with benefits, stay there 30-40 yrs. Or until you die at your desk, retire with your pension, 401K and a nice gold watch, yeah right!
Fontella’s Path
I did go to college and not only finished college, but a couple years later, went on to get a Masters degree as well. To this day, I don’t know why, other than the fact that people told me I could make more money in my field if I did so. Education in theory but without definitiveness of purpose is an exercise in futility. So there I went, off to corporate America.
I worked as a private investigator at a firm with offices throughout the southeast region. So not only did the job require travel, but the hours were very demanding. I managed to work my way up to a supervisory position, which demanded even more of my time and if you ask me, the money wasn’t commensurate with the responsibility. No job can ever pay you what you’re really worth anyway.
So, here I was, working 60-80 hours a week and drinking Pepto Bismol like it was water on a daily basis. My eating habits were horrible. I started having lots of stomach problems and I had no quality of life. Not to mention that my boss was beyond difficult.
The straw that broke the camel’s back for me was when my stepfather passed away and my boss refused to give me time off to attend the funeral. His excuse was that I’d just taken time off. Now did I go on vacation? Absolutely not, I hadn’t had a vacation in 3 years. The time off he alluded to was for my hospital stay due to a violent allergic reaction that kept me from work for almost two weeks. So off course, when my stepfather passed a couple weeks later, as I had so meticulously planned to get more time off, it was denied.
Now of course, I went home anyway and when I returned to work, the atmosphere was horrible and hostile. There had been a change in management and his style was more deplorable than my boss’ had been.
Nearly, a week later, I resigned. No back-up plan, no new job waiting, nothing. That job had taught me a very valuable lesson. It taught me that my time wasn’t my own and the only thing companies care about is their bottom line.
It also gave me the resolve that I would never work for anyone else again and from that point on, I have worked for myself.
My next venture was real estate….(Dun..dun..dun..dun..)
Regenia’s Path
Like my sister, I went to college as well, and was fortunate to get a job right after college, actually I had an offer before I graduated. I worked as a respiratory therapist at a hospital. At first, it was great, being right out of school, eager and excited to work.
I also love people and helping people, but fast forward 10 years later and I had lost my passion for it. You see, I worked the night shift, 12 hours, from 7pm – 7am, and after 10 years, it really began to take a toll on me physically.
One day, while in my department, I looked up and looked around me. I saw all my co-workers, who are all much older than me, and these people had been here almost as long as I’d been on the earth, 20 – 30 years. I knew that this was not what I wanted.
I knew I was created for more than this. I no longer had passion for what I did and I wasn’t fulfilled either. Yeah, I was making good money and helping the sick, but deep inside of me, I knew that there was more to this thing called life, more than the rudimentary, mundane, existence of getting up going to work, and punching the clock. I wanted purpose, not a job. I wanted to start to build my dreams and not someone else’s.
So, I began to look into real estate. I knew that real estate had created many millionaires and I thought this would be a good vehicle for me to finally be able to leave my job and accumulate wealth. (Not!!)
Visions of Being Donaldette Trump
So here we are, delving into the realm of real estate and there was no better time to do it than 2005. Real estate was popping like corn. My sister, Regenia came to me with the idea and I agreed that it was a good one. We went to a seminar and got signed up with a “mentor”. Since, I wasn’t working at the time, I (Fontella) decided to get my real estate license and that would bring more money into our real estate empire.
We had visions of being the next Donald Trump. We became addicted to all the real estate shows, Flip This House, Property Ladder, etc. We began to buy properties, single, as well as multi-family under the advisement of our “mentors”.
What we soon learned the very-hard way, was that if you’re not already a millionaire or have a very hefty lump sum of money, this wasn’t the way to go.
There were tenant problems, people not paying rent, long vacancies, more money needed to repair property between the revolving tenant doors. The court system certainly wasn’t in the landlord’s favor. By the time our court date came for eviction, the tenant was living there rent free for several months. But guess what, of course, we still had to pay the mortgages.
We even bought homes and rehabbed them. We can’t even begin to tell you how much hard work this entails. But the “tv shows” made it look so easy.
We Lost It All…
So after extending and stretching our personal finances as far as they would go, and maxing out credit cards and lines of credit, compounded with the crash of the real estate market, we lost everything. We went through bankruptcy and foreclosure. We felt like it was all over for us. We’d taken a stab at being business owners and completely failed. What Next?
It Ain’t Over, It’s Not Over…
So, one day we’re at the hair salon and our stylist is raving about this new home based business and how much money she’s making and we’re like, yeah right! But eventually, we look into it and it looks like a great opportunity and the start-up cost is low, much lower than what we invested in real estate, so hey, why not give it a try?
It started out just ok at first; I mean we did earn a little money and recoup the initial investment. But then, everything seemed to get stagnant. No new prospects, no leads and we’re not making any money; in fact we’re losing money. Oh no, here we go again, until….
We Discovered The Powerful Technique of Attraction Marketing
As we studied network marketing and read tons of books, we discovered, there’s a right way and a wrong way. There’s what your upline teaches and then there’s what really gets results.
We were blessed to find a mentor in Jeff Faldalen, who recommended Mike Dillard’s Magnetic Sponsoring. Wow, talk about a paradigm shift! This teaching resonated with us because it was what we had been thinking all the while. We knew that network marketing was bigger than any one company. We knew that the techniques we were using weren’t effective. We also knew that the internet was a powerful tool and we had to somehow garner its power to help our business.
So after Mike Dillard confirmed what we knew and taught us the principle of attraction marketing, we did more research online and came across the system that catapulted our business to the next level. This tool was a way to systemize and monetize all the principles of attraction marketing. It has made all the difference in our businesses.
So we are not only on a continual journey of self-development but of business development as well. Join us on this journey as we continue to grow our business to maximum heights. We look forward to sharing our knowledge with you and helping you to build your dreams. Please feel free to leave your comments, so we can get to know you as well.

Hey ladies my name is Johnny Johnson and i just wanted to say that i thought your blog was great. with that aside i just started a new network marketing business and i seem to be having difficulties getting it off the ground. My troubles seem to be marketing, we have meeting every week and weekly conference calls and we have to recruit with the 3 step rule, you know the routine! but my goal is to become ( EXCECUTIVE DIRECTOR ) in 6 months and it can be done i just need to know how to attract leads so that i can grow this business. Can your system really work for me? mind you” that i have been burned so many times with scams and lost thousands. I just want to be a successful businessman so that i can finally take care of my BELOVED mother and my three girls. Success means more to me than anything right now outside of my family.
Thanks ladies..
sincerely, Johnny Johnson

Lovely stories, ladies!
But Fontella, I know. Regenia, I don’t
Sometimes by losing we actually gain in the long run and our experience can save al ot of people the tremendous pain and toil.
Glad you found a mentor early as I do not know of any successful networker who didn’t become one with the support of others.
You talked of paradigm shift with MS. I concur. I read the book three times in a row. I was so hooked. And I have been reading it ever since.
To more success, Fontella and Regenia!

Hey Tosin,
Thanks for stopping by. I agree with you. Actually loss is a part of success. You aren’t qualified to rule and reign until you know what it is to lose. Then you can teach and help others but have compassion as well. I can’t say enough the importance of having mentors. I don;t know where I’d be without them. Thanks again for dropping by. Continue to Bless and be blessed.
Great Story! We have alot in common! been down that realestate road too:-) Love to connect more with you both in the near future!! Keep up the great work Champs! See yall in the Winners Circle!!

@antwon, Thanks Antwon
Absolutely! If you’ve tried all at it didn’t work, its time to try Network marketing. After investing a fortune in Telecommunication deal that was really hot at the time my country guess what? I lost all – about $0.5million. I got back on my feet through a US based MLM company within 2 years. Was it easy NO but it worked so Simply.
For people changing company, hey – the rule is thesame, it only takes a working strategy to work MLM success. Surround yourself with successful people; Do be afraid to keep changing your methods – someday it will work for you.
No failure in MLM, we only have people that quit too soon. Go back and make a comeback – if anything will work, it will for you. No shortcut to success, but we have Short curve – Its called strategy. Don’t be ‘Hunter rather become a Fisherman’ like Chris W said.
I’m super rich today, I enjoy good life, I travel everywhere whenever i want it, I help people more than ever, I live my dream and a very happy man. You too can be all you want to be – Just don’t allow the fear of failure over shadow your desire to succeed! Be ready to fail and life will deliver unbelievable success to you.
I celebrate Fontella and Regenia, you are unstoppable.
Fontella I read your story and it’s amazing. I am proud of your accomplishments. Great blog I look forward to meeting you at the next event.

Wow Ladies. From your story it sounds like we were on the same ship. I left my J.O.B, I had real estate projects and homes throughout the country. Guess what? It all melted down. I lost it all and almost my home. Glad you guys bounced back in a big way! You have motivated me to truely learn the MLSP way. If there’s anything I can do for you two let me know. You have a friend in Cali

@Sean Rogers, Thanks so much Sean. Jump on in.
Congratulations Fontella and Regenia. Without a doubt that is the most comprehensive profile I have ever seen. After reading it, I feel as though I already know you both. I’m already a member of MLSP so hope that I will be able to meet up with you one day when I reach the same dizzy heights that you have reached. I live in Austria (Europe) so it is a little more difficult for me, but like you both, I will make it!!
