Absolutely Terry. That’s a commonality I’ve found among all great leaders. They never stop learning. They never get to a place where they think they know it all. I heard a great quote once from Keith Cunningham, who is Robert Kiyosaki’s Real Rich Dad, he said your earning growth rate will never exceed your learning growth rate.
